The Mom I’m Fine Project was born from one person’s vision, but it has grown thanks to the dedication of many who share the same desire: to turn dreams into concrete action.
Jonathan Kubben – Founder
Jonathan is the heart behind the project. What drives him is a genuine belief that communities can create change when they act together. His role is to keep the vision clear, bring people together, and make sure the project always stays true to its values of daring and caring.
Our Core Team
Since 2019, every member has given time, skills, and passion voluntarily. From project management to logistics, from creative production to community engagement, this small collective works with transparency, humility, and authenticity.
Our Key Partners
- Ladle (Los Amigos de la Esquina A.C.) – grassroots NGO in Tulum, Mexico, creating inclusive educational spaces for children.
- Archstorming – international architecture platform that organized the contest where 200 teams submitted designs for our school.
- Makers Global – NGO specializing in plastic collection, helping transform waste into building material.
- Oscar Olivares – Venezuelan artist known for his eco-murals made of plastic bottle caps, who inspired and contributed to our first school.
Looking Ahead
So far, no one inside the organization has ever received a salary. Everything has been achieved by volunteers. But to grow sustainably, we aim to gradually hire a small dedicated team, ensuring the long-term stability of our mission.
The Mom I’m Fine Project is more than an NGO. It is a collective of people who chose to act, to dare, and to care.
