Since the creation of the Mom I’m Fine Project in 2019, no one inside the organization has ever received a salary or personal payment. Every member of the team has worked voluntarily, ensuring that 100% of the funds raised went directly into making the projects a reality.

As we look to expand and multiply our impact, we recognize the need to build a sustainable structure. That means gradually hiring a small, dedicated team to manage operations, scale our projects, and ensure long-term stability. This will always be done with full transparency.
